Rosemeryn, Rose-an-Grouse.

This pair of semi-detached, three-bedroomed dormer bungalows were constructed back in 2018. The plot was originally a dilapidated bungalow with planning permission for two semi-detached dwellings. Again, this a recent photograph today as I do not have access to photos that were taken during its construction. It's also great to drive past these on a regular basis and see our older work.
